It’s my mission to empower you to become truly free so you can live the life you love in full abundance, total trust, and divine creativity. We all have things within us that we allow to hold us back from reaching our highest potential, and I am here to support you in setting yourself free of those constraints so you can create true transformations in you life & in your relationships. My sessions are simply here to remind you how incredibly powerful you truly are & how it’s you & you alone who has the power to completely transform your life

The Space

When working with me a sacred container is created to allow your fullest expression of self to come forth & be seen…not just by me, but by yourself. We often run from ourselves, and when working together we will look at the parts of yourself you’ve been running from so we can bring them into the light of consciousness & transcend them. Without resolving them, they will rule you for the rest of your life. This sacred container is a protected space where you are able to be vulnerable & allow what needs presencing to come forth. It is in this seeing & allowing that the true healing & resolution takes place. It is in this sacred container that allows for your fullest expression of self & true power to actualise itself within you

The Healing

We all have experiences from our past that need to be let go of & healed. And it’s only once we have let go of & healed our past that we can truly become free & then create the dream life for ourselves. We do this through the detoxification of the body & mind. Instead of adding more onto our lives, true ascension & libration comes from first stripping away what is not working for us. We must strip away the toxicity of the mind & body first & then from a blank slate & solid foundation we can build anew & create lasting transformations in our lives
