We travel through an 8 week journey together where we dive deep into every aspect of your life where you will learn how to reinvent your life from the ground up.
This is a sacred container for your deepest healing designed specifically for you. And through you learning how to heal yourself, as well as receiving the embodiment tools to drop out of your mind and into your body that the only effortless result is the transformation of your entire life.

COURSE CURRICULUM

We start off by getting clear on what you are desiring to accomplish and then committing to it. It’s the resistance to doing the things you know you need to do that causes the suffering in life. Committing to them and putting them into action throughout the course is key to your transformation.

You are not obligated to do anything, for anyone, especially your family. In this module we will identify the subtle obligations and expectations you think others have for you and you learn to release them through embodiment practices. The natural result getting clear on these is getting in touch with, and facing, your guilt, shame and fear that you’ve carried with you your entire life. In this module you will learn to deconstruct the paradigms and programs you adopted since childhood and release yourself from the mental prison that was bestowed upon you.

In this module you will face all of your limiting beliefs that have been holding you back. What you most need in life will be found where you least want to find it.

You will learn how to drop out of your head and into your heart through deeper embodiment practices which will be provided to you so you can practice on your own. You will learn how to melt the icing around your heart and let the walls down so that you can uncover your true self.
In this module you will learn how to tune into your intuition like never before & learn how to listen to your deepest wisdom that lies within your heart. You will learn how to create space for yourself so that you can heal what needs to be healed in order to become your greatest version of self.

This module is all designed around how to manifest your dream life for yourself. The first half of the course is centered around creating space and clearing away the debris that was fogging your vision. This module and the subsequent modules are all helping you build upon that blank slate and showing you how to manifest your dream life for yourself through ancient wisdom and modern techniques like quantum physics & parallel realities which teach you how to shift your frequency to align to a new timeline for yourself.

Now that the bulk of the inner work is complete, now it’s time for you to create the vision for your life by getting clear on your purpose. How do you wish to show up in the world? How can you live in full alignment to your truest calling? And how can you implement everything you’ve learned so far into your every day reality and actually become a new version of self?

How can you be in full integrity with yourself? Any holding back, or any behaviors that are not aligned with your vision for your future is you being out of integrity with yourself. In this module you learn how to release all that does not align with your truest self and shine your brightest no matter the circumstance or where you are in this world. EMBODIMENT PRACTICES
I will be providing you practices based in modern science and ancient wisdom which provide you the access point to embody the teachings you are learning. These practices you can implement into your routine which will support you in embodying the lessons received from each session. It’s one thing to understand something from the mind, it’s an entirely different paradigm to embody something. When we learn to become a deeply embodied man or woman, we sync up with the natural flow of the universe and we uncover an inner power that was previously unattainable
SELF MASTERY RESOURCES
After each session I will provide you with resources such as videos to watch, apps to download, books to read, podcasts to listen to, which will support you in understanding the teachings from each session. I am not the only one who can support you along your healing journey. So throughout our sessions I will reference certain resources you can dive into between our sessions which will help support you to integrate along the way
SELF ASSESSMENT SERVICES
Throughout our sessions I will provide you with certain self assessment services which you can fill out as between session homework. Each exercise will give you a blueprint as to who you are as a man / woman, how you relate to others, and what areas of you life you should put your energy into. We all have unique codes, and th purpose of these self assessment services is to share with you what your unique codes are and where you should direct your energy throughout life
SELF PACED LEARNING
We can meet weekly or bi-weekly, it just depends on how fast or how slow you would like to work together, it’s entirely up to you and your flow, we will move at your own pace. The sessions will also flow at the pace that most aligns for you. Ultimately, there is no where to get to, the sessions are simply a sacred space which is created for one intention: healing.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Prior to our first session I will have you fill out a self assessment and goals form, which will allow you to architect the structure and flow of our container together. Throughout working together I will continually reference this form to ensure you achieve your intentions and actualize your goals. Each session is designed to support you in reaching your goals and I will hold you accountable to them and I will hold you accountable with yourself
PHONE SUPPORT
After each session I will send you a 5-15 minute audio message through WhatsApp which will recap the most important points that came up during our session. In these audio messages I will also provide you with the instructions for the exercises & practices for you to work with in-between our sessions. I also provide phone support 24/7 where you can call me anytime, I’m available to support you whenever you need
ZOOM SESSIONS
All of our sessions will be conducted through Zoom video (unless you are located in the Sunshine Coast, Australia) and each session will be recorded and stored in the cloud for you to access, download, and reference at your convenience. The ability to go back and listen to what transpired through each session has been remarkably supportive to everyone I’ve worked with

SOMATIC HEALING
Through embodiment practices you will learn how to stop living from your head and instead live from your heart. Living in the mind is a never-ending rabbit hole of analysis and fear based paradigms. But when we learn to live from our bodies and allow our hearts and intuition to lead the way, that’s when we discover the true magic of this life. That’s when we see miracles appear on a daily basis. That’s when we discover true love within ourselves, and then we learn to manifest it through the relationship of our dreams
SUBCONSCIOUS REPROGRAMMING
Growing up we had certain experiences which were quite traumatic for us to go through. These are our core wounds that need healing, but back then we didn’t know how to, so we just moved on with our lives while dragging those wounds into our present day reality. And as a result of these wounds we also decided things about ourself, life and relationships that as adults we are still adhering to today, which we call our ‘soul contracts’. And these contracts restrain us from actualizing our highest potential. In our everyday life we get experience getting triggered, but we are never upset about the surface layer reason. Often times what’s being triggered is the core wound that never got healed. Through subconscious reprogramming we heal these core wounds and create new contracts which actually serve you instead of hold you back
RELATIONSHIP POLARITY

The term ‘revival’ is the act of bringing someone back to life. But if our root chakra is in a knot due to fear, anxieties, traumatic experiences, guilt / shame, etc. we aren’t truly alive. Root Revival is about exploring your past to uncover what aspects of self got locked in place and frozen in time. This modality helps you untie those knots, heal those past wounds, and overcome your fears allowing you to source energy from the core of the earth, through your root chakra and into your entire body, leaving you feeling more energized, more free, and more authentically yourself then you ever thought possible

We often run from ourselves, and when working together we will look at the parts of yourself you’ve been running from so we can bring them into the light of consciousness & transcend them. Without resolving them, they will constrain you for the rest of your life. This sacred container is a protected space where you are able to be vulnerable & allow what needs presencing to come forth. It is in this seeing & allowing that the true healing & resolution takes place. THE HEALING
We all have experiences from our past that need to be let go of & healed. And it’s only once we have let go of & healed our past that we can truly become free & then create the dream life for ourselves. We do this through the detoxification of the body & mind. Instead of adding more onto our lives, true ascension & libration comes from first stripping away what is not working for us. We must strip away the toxicity of the mind & body first & then from a blank slate & solid foundation we can build anew & create lasting transformations in our lives
